To give your dishes an ASIAN flair, some of the ingredients you might use are:

  • soy
  • ginger
  • coriander
  • cilantro
  • garlic
  • lime
  • chili paste
  • rice vinegar
  • sake or rice wine
  • fish sauce
  • oyster flavor sauce
  • coconut milk
  • five spice powder
  • toasted sesame oil
  • Thai basil
  • mint
