Sometimes I don’t want any kind of mashed, candied, or marshmallowed sweet potatoes. I harvested a few small sweet potatoes from the garden, and just wanted to fix them simply.
Sauteed Sweet Potatoes
Ingredients
- 3-4 TBSP butter
- Sweet potatoes, peeled and cut in about 1" cube size
- Frankly Delicious seasoning
- Beef broth
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat.
- Add sweet potatoes and seasoning. Let cook in butter until brown on one side, then stir and continue cooking.
- When the potatoes are brown on a couple sides, add a little broth to the bottom of the pan, put a lid on the pan and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
