Tamales and Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 tamales
- 2 fried eggs
- Shredded cheese
- Picante or rotel
Instructions
- Heat tamales and place on a plate.
- Fry eggs and place on tamales.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese. To melt cheese place in microwave or warm oven.
- Top with picante or hotel.
