Sunday brunch is such a treat at 2nd Street Provisions in Hico, Texas. (If you’re familiar with the Koffee Kup, it’s right next door.) Comfortably enjoy delicious food, raised locally, and served in this thoughtfully revitalized old house. The meat is all pastured and grass fed. The vegetables fresh and locally grown. To make it even more enjoyable, we drove through 45 minutes of gorgeous countryside.
In addition to the restaurant experience, there is a coffee shop and market. For even more of the farm to table goodness, hot and ready take-home meals are available Monday and Thursday 4-6 pm.
