Bacon Blue Cheese Butternut

Posted on June 8, 2022 by Lanie Fioretti

Our butternut squash vines have started to get squash on them.  So, that prompted me to use the last squash left from our last year’s harvest.  I’m always want to try new and delicious ways to prepare it.  And Bacon Blue Cheese Butternut will definitely be on the fall menu.  It’s amazing, and easy.
