Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

If you’re looking for another quick, delicious meal, this is it.  This recipe is also great for fish.

Baked Parmesan Chicken Breast

Baked Parmesan Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 30 minutes

Yield: Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 pats of butter
  • Granulated garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2-3 TBSP grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 2-3 TBSP panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 425°
  2. Pound chicken breasts until evenly flat.
  3. Place pats of butter in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Place breasts on top of butter.
  4. Sprinkle breasts with garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Mix together remaining ingredients, except panko.
  6. Spread mixture on breasts. Sprinkle with panko.
  7. Bake about 20 minutes or until done.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan before serving.
