I got some take-out this week, and it was all that I expected and more. Ricky and Tana (the owners) have another big hit. The BBQ is awesome. I had ribs and moist brisket this time. Pork country ribs are on the menu, and I’m going to be trying those on my next visit. You order at the counter and get a number. When your food comes out, they yell your number, and you raise your hand, wave your arms – get that food! The meat market looks like it’s moving from the Feed Mill (their downtown restaurant), to Bare Bones.
