Hands down, one of the best BBQ places is Miller’s in downtown Belton. They do an outstanding job on their meats. We had pulled pork, ribs, and chicken on our last visit, all were scrumptious. The sides are better than most BBQ places, and the desserts almost unbelievable – all homemade, including red velvet whoopie pies. If that’s not enough to get you there, they have a full bar, too – yes, frozen margaritas!
It used to be a taxidermy and processing place. Then they branched out – lucky for us!
