If you haven’t been to Bird Creek Burger Co Temple TX, you have to try it. It’s a fabulous farm to table restaurant in downtown Temple, with a limited but delicious menu. Everything is fresh, they use no frozen food. Even though it’s a “Burger Co,” they don’t just have burgers, so we went for Sunday brunch. The owner sent the tomato dish to the table for us to try, and they were quite a treat.
