This is a great BBQ food truck, in a very obscure place in Belton. Hands down some of the meatiest and best ribs Don’s had. I tasted them and they were delish. I had a brisket taco and a pulled pork taco, and they were both excellent (the sauce is a little sweet, so go lightly). Bo Bo’s is across 317 from the HEB. Make sure you call before you go. He has regular hours listed on the web, but if he’s on a catering job, you’ll be out of luck. If you want a couple great coupons for meat by the pound, and for a free BBQ plate, go to HEB (Belton only) and buy something first! The coupon is printed on the back of the receipt.
