I’m singing the praises of Boursin again! It’s just such a great way to add flavor to some of our favorite things, like Boursin pimento cheese. It’s hard to beat really good pimento cheese! We make appetizers, sandwiches, add it to mashed potatoes, or add it to mac & cheese. The next recipes I’ll elevate with Boursin, are tuna salad, egg salad, potato casseroles, and smoked salmon.
