Butternut squash is a favorite in our house, and we eat it any way you can think to fix it, including plain. Christmas day, I decided I wanted to give it a little pizzazz. It was so delicious, I had to keep myself from eating the whole bowl.

Butternut Mash
Ingredients
- Roasted butternut squash
- Almond butter (or other nut butter, like cashew)
- Extra virgin coconut oil
Instructions
- Mash all ingredients together. Amounts are up to you, depending on the flavor you prefer.
- Serve.
