Here is a another yummy gluten free cookie recipe. It is from Southern Living, the March 2009 issue, Flourless Peanut Butter-Chocolate Cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a bowl, stir together peanut butter and next 4 ingredients.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls a couple inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes.
Another gluten free discovery. This is the best gluten free bread mix so far. It tastes like bread with a good texture.
