This is a great treat for downtown Waco. Club Sandwich is Asian fusion, and delicious. At our table there were banh mi sandwiches, trashcan fries (awesome), and rice bowls. They also have a great selection of tacos. I had the pork trashcan rice bowl pictured below, and yes, I would order it again.
The day we went the food truck was parked near 5th and Austin. Sergio’s Mexican was parked right next to Club Sandwich.
