Just a little northeast of Georgetown, Texas is a great “locals” eatery, Dale’s Essenhaus in Walburg. So far, we’ve had a really good burger, scrumptious fried chicken, the best ever fried catfish, and amazing stuffed pork schnitzel. And yes, we’ve been there more than once! Make sure you checkout the daily specials. Also, if you want tacos, they are only available at the drive-thru.
