I know I’ve talked about these in a previous post, but that was before Chicktown Cheese! This is a quick, easy, and scrumptious summer appetizer. The most difficult part is getting your hands on some “sweet” banana peppers. They are easier to find at a farmers market or grow them in your flower bed! Typically the ones in the grocery store are the hot variety. And that’s not bad, if you like really hot things.
I know I’m on a roll with the “goat cheese” recipes, so call Sunshine to get the most wonderful goat cheese (Chicktown Cheese) 254-289-9407. Also, she is at the farmers market in Gatesville some Saturdays.
