Garlic Beans With Fried Egg And Pork
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 TBSP five spice powder
- 1 TBSP raw brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
- 2 extra large eggs
- 2 lbs pork, thinly sliced
- 2 TBSP neutral oil, like grapeseed
- Ginger Garlic Green Beans
- Cooked rice
Instructions
- Mix together the first four ingredients. Beat in eggs.
- Toss well with pork, coating each piece well.
- Heat oil in a skillet. When hot, add pork in batches. Don’t crowd pan. Cook pork until brown. Remove to bowl. Continue cooking until all the pork is done.
- Toss pork with Ginger Garlic Green Beans.
- Serve with rice.
