I’m always on the hunt for different sides, to keep meals interesting. This is one of the latest ones that’s really yummy.
Glazed Herb Carrots
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP brown sugar
- 2-3 cups organic, extra small carrots, blanched
- Frankly Delicious all purpose seasoning
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Lemon zest
Instructions
- Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in brown sugar. When sugar melts, stir in carrots and all purpose seasoning.
- Continue cooking until carrots are done to your liking.
- Turn heat off, and add thyme and zest.
