Glazed Herb Carrots

I’m always on the hunt for different sides, to keep meals interesting.  This is one of the latest ones that’s really yummy.

Glazed Herb Carrots

Glazed Herb Carrots

Total Time: 15 minutes

Yield: Serves 4-6

Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP butter
  • 1 TBSP brown sugar
  • 2-3 cups organic, extra small carrots, blanched
  • Frankly Delicious all purpose seasoning
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet. Stir in brown sugar. When sugar melts, stir in carrots and all purpose seasoning.
  2. Continue cooking until carrots are done to your liking.
  3. Turn heat off, and add thyme and zest.
