Grits and Beans
Part of my travel recipe collection.
Ingredients
- Packet of instant grits
- Black beans
- Picante
- Cream cheese
- Broth
- Red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat in the microwave.
- Stir and heat until everything is combined.
- Note: I traveled in the south for a while and the hotels had packets of grits instead of oatmeal at the breakfast bar, so I used them for supper.
