We traveled to Goldthwaite for an artisan show and visited a couple of my favorite stores (click here for previous post). When we finished browsing, we wanted a new and delicious place for lunch. Since the restaurants in Goldthwaite are unimpressive, we made the short drive to Comanche. For a memorable meal, Harvest Restaurant in Comanche Texas is a must. It is a (fairly) new farm to table restaurant on the square. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, service good, and food fabulous. We had a venison burger with Pederson Farm bacon, and a chicken fried steak.
