Lula Jane’s, Take Two

When I was shopping in Waco last week, I just had to stop a Lula Jane’s for lunch. This time it was Ricotta Grits with Tomato Sauce, Wilted Spinach, and Applewood Smoked Bacon.  Fresh, local, and really good ingredients don’t get any better than this.

When you go, make it early, because they sell out sometimes.  Lunch starts at 11:00.
