Mi Casita Hewitt

This restaurant is new to me, even though it’s been open about a year.  Here’s what we’ve tried there, and everything has been really delicious – gordita, chicken fajita nachos, and chicken fajita salad.  It’s some of the best Mexican food I’ve had.  The chips are even light and really crispy.  Mi Casita is a little hole-in-the-wall next to Dominoes on Hewitt Dr in Waco.  I was just looking for a place to eat near HEB, and noticed it had pretty much a 5-star rating, so I couldn’t resist!  It’s my new favorite, and I fear it will be a regular stop.  They have a takeout window, if you need to dash.
