Just as a little aside, if you’re going to eat farm-raised salmon, the healthiest comes from Scotland or Norway, according to America’s Test Kitchen. The feed they use there is higher quality than those of other countries. Yes, I know that’s not local, so it’s always a balance.
I do like to keep up with as much information as possible about the Omegas, and while doing a little more investigation, I came across another article about British researchers. In their studies, they got results so shocking, their research was turned down for publication in all the major scientific journals. Click here, to go to the article.
