Last week, I had a one day break in my cooking schedule, and decided to enjoy a little shopping trip to Waco. High on my list of things to do was have lunch at a fairly new restaurant in Waco, Moroso Wood Fired Pizzeria. It’s hard to believe that on Bosque Blvd in Waco, Texas (across the street from the Extraco Events Center) is a well appointed, absolutely delicious pizzeria. This place is so authentic, it could easily be in Italy. We had Arancini (deep fried rice balls, filled with cheese), and an artichoke, olive, and sausage very thin crust pizza. It was amazing. The manager said that on Fridays and Saturdays they usually have a special of lobster ravioli – one of my favorite indulgences.
