Paella

Posted on August 8, 2013 by Lanie Fioretti

Recently, our friends decided to make paella, and we were really glad to get an invitation.  It’s a fabulous one pot meal.  When I make it, sometimes I add peas or green beans, skinless boneless thighs, and smoked sausage.  If you don’t like seafood, leave it out.  Really, you are making a dish with the base of rice, olive oil, and saffron.  Then add the meat, seafood, and green veggies that you like.  Click here for Tyler Florence’s recipe, and just change up the protein and vegetable ingredients, if you like.
