bulk spices/herbs:  basil, bay leaves, chili powder, ground cinnamon, ground coriander

seed, ground cumin, dill, granulated garlic, granulated onion, marjoram, ground

mustard, oregano, smoked paprika, sweet paprika, black pepper-whole & ground,

rosemary, sage, thyme

bulk nuts:  pine, almonds, pecans, walnuts

bulk dried beans:  pintos, instant refried beans, lentils

bulk grains:  rice, polenta, couscous

flour

cornmeal

sugar:  light brown, white

honey and/or maple syrup and/or stevia
