We love broccoli, but hate the smell in the house while it’s cooking. Now I’ve finally realized the best way to cook it, without the odor, and have a simple, delicious, fast side dish.
Parm Broccoli
Ingredients
- Cream
- Frozen broccoli crowns
- Herb seasoning
- Grated Parmesan
Instructions
- You want a pan big enough to have a crowded single layer of broccoli.
- Place enough cream to just cover the bottom of the pan. Add broccoli and seasoning (I used an herb mixture with added salt). Cover pan, cook on medium heat until broccoli is tender enough for you.
- Sprinkle with parmesan. Serve warm or at room temperature.
