I love the challenge of leftovers, when you have little bits of things left or when you just can’t stand having one more serving of something you made. This week I had some sloppy joe meat and some potato casserole. I mixed a meat, potato, Parmesan, and a little dill pickle juice to balance the sweetness of the meat. Then I took a refrigerated pie crust dough, rolled it a little larger, cut it into four sections, filled, bundled, brushed with butter and baked at 450 about 20 min. So you could use all kinds of leftovers to create these.
