Such a simple, quick, and spectacular dessert, Peaches, Pecans, and Cream is definitely our favorite this summer. The kids could make this one, easily. I used peaches from our trees that we had frozen, but I would use fresh, if those weren’t available.
Peaches, Pecans, and Cream
Ingredients
- Sliced or halved, peeled and pitted fresh peaches
- Light brown sugar or honey
- Sour cream or Greek yogurt
- Broken pecans or sliced almonds
Instructions
- Place peaches in individual dessert dishes.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar or drizzle with honey.
- Place dollops of sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle all with nuts.
