Pineapple Bacon Poppers
Ingredients
- Jalapeño peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- About 1/3 bottle Robert's Reserve Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce
- 1/2-1 cup shredded Mexican Cheese Mixture
- 8 pieces thinly sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 TBSP finely chopped green onion
Instructions
- Halve the jalapeños, and remove the seeds and veins.
- In a small bowl mix together the next 5 ingredients.
- Fill each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
- Leave in fridge until ready to bake.
- Heat oven to 375. Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on how well done you like them.
