Portabella Pizza
Part of my travel meal recipe collection.
Ingredients
- Portabella mushroom, stem removed
- Salt and pepper (or if you have a packet of soy sauce, use it)
- Cream cheese
- Artichoke hearts
- Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place mushroom gill-side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Microwave briefly to soften the mushroom.
- Spread cream cheese on mushroom.
- Place artichoke hearts on cream cheese.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Microwave to start to melt cream cheese.
- Note: I usually get packets of cream cheese from the breakfast bar at the hotel.
