Portabella Pizza

Portabella Pizza

Part of my travel meal recipe collection.

Ingredients

  • Portabella mushroom, stem removed
  • Salt and pepper (or if you have a packet of soy sauce, use it)
  • Cream cheese
  • Artichoke hearts
  • Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Place mushroom gill-side up. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Microwave briefly to soften the mushroom.
  3. Spread cream cheese on mushroom.
  4. Place artichoke hearts on cream cheese.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Microwave to start to melt cream cheese.
  7. Note: I usually get packets of cream cheese from the breakfast bar at the hotel.
