Some friends and I went to Clifton for a special event Red Caboose Winery had. We decided on the Red Wine and Cheese pairing (well most of us!). Then of course we had to try the Port paired with chocolate. It would be an understatement to say it was wonderful. Although it’s great to sit and relax at a table, you’ll miss a lot. Stand at the bar and talk to Evan. Hopefully, he’ll be there to guide you through the wine tasting experience. Sometimes I can’t believe I’m in a small town in Texas.
