I had heard the Stagecoach Inn had been bought and was going to be reopened with a great new menu. It’s taken me a while to find information on it. La Corsha Hospitality will be operating the new restaurant replacing Stagecoach. The principals of La Corsha operated the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas, and restored the Driskill Hotel in Austin. One of the principals, Clark Lyda, is the co-owner of Monument Cafe and El Monumento in Georgetown. According to Lyda, the goal is to restore Stagecoach Inn, not to have it Monument or Mexican. The renovation of the restaurant should be complete in 9 months (I’ve marked my calendar!). To read the full article in the Salado Village Voice, click here.

Thank you for the information. I used to love to go to The Stagecoach in Salado & eat.
