Ingredients
- Salmon fillets
- Fresh lemon
- All purpose seasoning/lemon pepper, or your favorite
- Garlic Egplant
Instructions
- Heat your grill
- Squeeze lemon over the salmon and place in fridge for 1/2 hour.
- Pat the salmon dry and sprinkle on seasoning of your choice.
- Grill 5-8 minutes, until it’s done to your liking.
- Serve topped with Garlic Eggplant.
