For a sweet, crunchy treat try Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites. They are super easy, fast to make, and really perfect for any occasion! Snap pretzels work well for this. They are mini, grid shaped.
Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- Mini pretzels (I like Snap pretzels)
- Milk (or dark) chocolate salted caramels
- Pecan halves
Instructions
- Heat oven to 250.
- Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet.
- Place pretzels in a single layer on parchment.
- Cut chocolate covered caramels in half.
- Place half chocolate caramel on each pretzel, with caramel side up.
- Bake 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and gently press a pecan half on top of each.
- Cool completely before trying to transfer. Sometimes I place the pan in the fridge to cool them.
