If you like Mexican food, seafood, and fish, this Waco restaurant will be a regular stop for you. Their food is amazing, and you’re not seeing pictures, because I remembered the camera, on my last bite! So, I guess you’ll have to go see the food in person. I’m going to bet, you wouldn’t have been excited about my entree anyway. It was octopus, and it was delicious. Don had mixed seafood, and we had the oysters casino with bacon and garlic, for an appetizer. If you want alcohol with your dinner, you have to bring your own.
Sergio’s is very unassuming, and looks small from the front. It’s a door or two from Cameron Trading Company, if you’re familiar with that shop.
