Each scrumptious bite of Shrimp and Avocado Dip, will remind you of shrimp cocktail, salsa, and ceviche (with cooked shrimp), all rolled into one. This is another favorite at the lodge and at home.
Shrimp and Avocado Dip
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked shrimp cut into bite sized pieces
- 1/2 cup drained picante sauce
- 1 cup cubed avocado
- 1/4-1/2 chopped cilantro
- 4 or more sliced green onions
- Juice of one lime
- Salt
- Little cumin (optional)
- Little smoked paprika (optional)
- Saltines or tortilla chips to serve
Instructions
- Toss all ingredients together, taste, adjust, and serve!
- Amounts of all ingredients can be adjusted to your taste.
