Last weekend I published Biscuits and Gravy with a video of making cheese biscuits (about 2 minutes), to view recipe and video click here. We actually did a video of the Italian Meat Rolls, but ran into one too many problems to publish it, sorry.
It’s amazing how quickly the plants respond to the weather, well those plants that are still alive. And I’ve noticed the cows are not hiding in the trees all day. I do believe I’ll have to start getting the soil ready to plant! I know I’ve got several kinds of greens to plant, including some Asian varieties. Most greens love cool weather and a lot of them will survive mild ice storms. If you’re interested in Asian greens Kitazawa is a great company for seed. If you’re interested in Italian seed varieties, Seeds From Italy is a really good seed company. Other than that I have root vegetables to plant including beets and parsnips. I’m getting pretty excited just thinking about it.
