Our asparagus harvest is here already. In addition to reminding me of spring, we look forward to this dependable crop. Also, we transplanted a large area of wild asparagus, and thought it might take a while to produce. However, even that area is producing lots of spears. In order to use all of the asparagus, I always look for new recipes. Because it’s simple and scrumptious, Smoked Asparagus is the clear winner. Definitely, it’s great as an appetizer, side, or for extra flavor in a salad.
