Great for breakfast, lunch, and supper, Smoked Brisket Hash is a delicious way to use leftover brisket. Although it’s great plain, it’s even better topped with a fried egg. But for even more flavor, add cooked crumbled bacon to the hash.

Smoked Brisket Hash
Ingredients
- Butter, oil, bacon grease or a combo
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Smoked brisket, cut into bitesize pieces
- Red potatoes, cooked whole then cut into bitesize pieces
- Granulated garlic powder
- All purpose seasoning, like Frankly Delicious
- Smoked paprika
- Cooked, crumbled bacon (optional)
- Shredded cheese (optional)
- Fried eggs to top
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat oil or butter, or cook some bacon and use grease.
- Add onion and cook until slightly translucent.
- Stir in brisket and potatoes.
- Stir in seasonings. I used granulated garlic powder, Frankly Delicious, and smoked paprika.
- Evenly distribute in the pan, then stop stirring. Cook on medium until potatoes start to brown. Then turn and continue cooking until it's nicely brown.
- Stir in cooked bacon if you like. Top with cheese and eggs.
