I’ve been looking for a full stainless steel pan for several years now, and I’m glad I didn’t find one until now. This is a 16″ mother of all electric skillets, and it’s my Christmas present this year! It even has a glass lid, my personal favorite. Chef’s Catalog really nailed this one. 2021 Update – since I first posted this, Chef’s Catalog doesn’t seem to be in existence. However, I did find some large stainless steel electric skillets from Amazon.
