It’s looking like you guys may not be fig lovers, but I’m going to keep trying. They are great naturally sweet bites. I mostly use dried figs, so they are always in my pantry.
Stuffed Figs Wrapped in Prosciutto
Ingredients
- Cream cheese
- Cranberry fig jam, or other of your choosing
- Pecan or walnut halves
- Dried figs
- Thin slices of prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise.
Instructions
- Mix equal parts cream cheese and jam.
- If the figs are plump, you might be able to stuff them with the cream cheese mixture and nut, otherwise just place them on a flat side of the fig.
- Wrap with a strip of prosciutto.
