It’s getting toward the end of hunting season at the lodge, and I finally had a brainstorm for an easy way to make poppers. This year I’ve been buying Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese (at Sam’s), just to set out with crackers. I needed to use up what was left, and turned it into popper filling. Hands down they are some of the best you’ll ever taste.
Stuffed Jalapenos
Ingredients
- Large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese (from Sam's)
- Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425.
- Mix cheese and bacon. Stuff in pepper halves.
- Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake about 15-18 minutes.
