We’re saying goodbye to spring at the ranch. The Indian Blanket replaced the Blue Bonnets and Stork’s Bill. They have just been gorgeous.

We have just received our first shipment of baskets from Africa! We are so excited! I’m crazy about baskets and even John likes them, plus it’s a good cause. Come see them tomorrow, Saturday, May 5 from 9 am to 5 pm at our open house. We have two sizes of “Ghana Bolga Market Baskets”. Smalls are $14.50 and Mediums (which are pretty large) are $34.50. We love these baskets. They are hand woven by the ladies of Northern Ghana to supplement their meager farming incomes so they may care for their children. This is part of the Fair Trade Federation and the Aleve Poverty Initiative. Come see our ceramics also, the shelves are overflowing!
