Well, we’ve been to The Knife and Cork in Gatesville TX twice now. And the food has been delicious twice! Order the fish and chips or the burger to have a great meal. Now, I need to talk about the fries because I love fries, and these are different and really good. They’re a little thick, spiral cut, then cut into sections – all good!
This great little restaurant is on Main St in Gatesville, just off the square.
