The Waco Downtown Farmers Market is now open Tuesday evenings, in addition to Saturday mornings. The hours on Tuesday are from 3pm – 7pm. It’s perfect for me, because Saturdays are getting more difficult to make. Right now, there are not as many vendors as on Saturday, but I did get tamales, pita, rhubarb, and chicken parts that you don’t want to know about!
