I was in Waco Monday, and thought I would have lunch at a new Cajun restaurant, and post pictures for you. For some reason, I continue to ignore that Monday is the official holiday of most of the restaurants that I want to go to, in that city. It looked good from the outside, the menu looked good, and I’ve heard good things about it. I had a one in seven chance, and I blew it! Hopefully, I’ll be able to tell you about it soon.
