Never give up on growing your own food, it’s so much better than buying it. I’m always determined to have something growing, that I can eat! Even through the freezing weather, there are things that thrive. All of my greens do great, even when they lay down under the frost, they perk right back up again. Russian kale, collards, Asian mustard greens, spinach, bok choy, joi choy, swiss chard, pea shoots, and lettuce are all still producing.
