Hope Thanksgiving was good for you. The day before Thanksgiving was a great day to shop everywhere (and have lunch out), except the grocery store. I’m always rethinking our meal and celebrations. Don and I had steak this year! Then, it’s out of town to spend time with friends.
Izzy and I had lunch at World Cup Cafe and Fair Trade Market in Waco, on Wednesday. The market is always worth going to. They have unique and fun items, for gifts for yourself or someone special. But this week was the first time I’d had lunch there. They only serve breakfast and lunch, and it’s worth planning a meal there, because they do a great job on their food. I had an amazing Grilled Chicken Salad Sandwich with fries, and Izzy had a Patty Melt with sweet potato fries.
